A semi-private small group practice with two areas of focus: to introduce tools to promote greater self awareness, and to deepen yoga knowledge and practice. This group is for someone interested in yoga, personal growth, community intimacy, and yearns for a deeper scope of understanding the self.
This group is NOT for someone looking to become a certified yoga teacher.
