Every class is intentionally designed to help you move better, build lean muscle, increase cardiovascular endurance, and enhance total-body athleticism.

Our 12-week HYROX training program is designed to prepare you for race day with structured workouts, expert coaching, and performance-driven progressions. Whether you're new to HYROX or leveling up for your next event, this plan will get you ready.

CLASS STRUCTURE

Classes are a unique combination of Strength Training, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and HYROX functional fitness.

Mon - wed - fri

Focus on the fundamentals of movement utilizing bodyweight and weight training. We work on range of motion, skill, and strength to improve overall performance.

In this class, we improve aerobic abilities through endurance and functional fitness - a HYROX experience for those who thrive on high-intensity training.
