Every class is intentionally designed to help you move better, build lean muscle, increase cardiovascular endurance, and enhance total-body athleticism.

CLASS STRUCTURE
Classes are a unique combination of Strength Training, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and HYROX functional fitness.

Focus on the fundamentals of movement utilizing bodyweight and weight training. We work on range of motion, skill, and strength to improve overall performance.

Tues - Thurs - Sat
In this class, we improve aerobic abilities through endurance and functional fitness - a HYROX experience for those who thrive on high-intensity training.
