CLASS SCHEDULE

We offer three class structures: Strength, Dynamic and Forged WOD. Classes are offered early morning, afternoon, and evening.

Strength training has several health benefits, including greater muscle mass, faster metabolism, and lower risk of everyday injuries.

dynamic movements

Tues - Thurs - Sat

In this class we strive to improve aerobic abilities through endurance and metabolic conditioning. Mobility and agility are part of each class.

Forged WOD
Tues - Thurs - Sat

Build strength and resilience with our F-WOD program. Similar to CrossFit but uniquely our own.

Ideal for anyone interested in enhancing their athletic skillset.
