In this class we strive to improve athletic abilities through endurance and metabolic conditioning.
Yoga connects your mind and body through guided movements and practiced controlled breathing. Flexibility is a perfect compliment to your Strength or Dynamic classes.
We offer two class structures, Strength and Dynamic. Classes are offered early morning, afternoon, and evening. Yoga is currently offered on Sunday only.
